Amanda Huckin

Amanda adores the adventure and excitement that nature can provide. She grew up on a fine wool Merino sheep farm in country Victoria, Australia.

Amanda wrote her first book Grandma's Garden when her daughter was five months old, as a timeless story of her memories with her grandmother and her beautiful garden.

Sprookie, Froogle, and the Three Possum Bandits is a great expression of Amanda's playfulness with the bright colours of nature and great Australiana characters.

After working with children Kindergartens & Primary Schools, Amanda saw the instant excitement and wonderful imagination sparked when the children were asked to created their own Australian animal super hero's. This lead to a sequel called Sprookie and Froogle's Tree House Mystery.

Now settled down in the Riverina NSW, Amanda has created a very special book dedicated to her two daughters and husband called, Beautiful Magic.
